The Team

Lisa Nicolle - Creative Director

Graduating from the University of Warwick with a degree in Theatre Studies and Dramatic Arts. Lisa worked in the arts for seven years whilst studying with the Chartered Institute of Marketing. She then launched her freelance career, working for a range of arts organisations and brands within marketing, funding and business development projects.

   

Ross Gidney - Music Supervisor (Commercials, TV & Games)

Ross was previously at Squarepeg, where he ran the music composition and music search side to the business for five years. He has been responsible for sourcing music on some very high profile commercials, including: Citroen, BBC, More Than, Playstation 3, Sky and Channel 4 to name a few. He used to be a drummer in several bands signed to labels like EMI, PIAS and Electric Stew, where he toured extensively throughout the UK and Europe, finaly hanging up his sticks to work in a more behind the scenes capacity.

   

Hugo de Chaire - Music Supervisor (Film & TV)

Having spent several years based in LA writing for some of the most prolific names in the film music world, such as Groove Addicts and Joey Newman, Hugo has joined the team here at TRF as a music supervisor for Film and TV. He still composes pieces himself when time permits and has just finished scoring the new station identity for Classic FM, which can soon be heard on our Showreel page.

   

James Lucas - Studio/Production Assistant

James joins us on a greaduate scheme form Newcastle University and has a keen passion for music and the arts in general. He has dj'd his way through Uni and is now keen to try and place some of his obsure musical favourites into mainstream advetising campaigns. He helps out with everything we do here at TRF, so he is gaining quite an extensive education into all aspects of a music consultancy.
